Prior to that, he worked as in-house counsel for one of the largest property insurance companies in Florida. Though successful in his role as an insurance defense attorney, Matt ultimately decided to “switch sides” in order to advocate for business and property owners. In October of 2018 Matt landed a job working for hospital clients to overturn denied health insurance claims. Since November of 2020, Matt switched his focus to property insurance law, and he loves the challenges it presents.
